Wala'a Dirhams are easy to earn, as you earn a percentage of your spends, each and every time you use your Al Islami Credit Card for retail purchases.
The more you spend on your Al Islami Credit Card, the more Wala'a Dirhams you earn. This program allows you to redeem your Wala’a Dirhams for all your regular utility payments, like DEWA, SEWA, Etisalat and much more.

Wala'a Dirhams is a loyalty program that rewards you for using your Al Islami Credit Card. The more you spend on your Al Islami Credit Card, the more Wala'a Dirhams you earn.
E.g. If you have 200 Wala'a Dirhams, you can redeem for a Union Co-operative Society gift voucher worth AED 200.
You are automatically enrolled if you are an Al Islami Credit Card member. Just spend, earn, and redeem the benefits.

Yes, there is a minimum and maximum limit prescribed for each utility payment service as per the table below:

Yes. Wala'a Dirhams will automatically expire in 3 years if you do not redeem them.

No. Wala'a Dirhams cannot be converted into cash.
If your Card is cancelled, delinquent or has been blocked for any reason you will not be able to redeem your Wala’a Dirhams.
You must redeem your Wala'a Dirhams before cancellation as unredeemed Wala’a Dirhams will be forfeited upon Card cancellation.
Disputed transactions will be resolved after investigation by the Bank. The Bank’s decision will be final and binding.
