When using the card to make purchases or cash withdrawal the amount is deducted from your bank account and recorded in the account statement, You can use Visa Electron to do shopping at over 35 million shops (Hotels, Restaurants, Rent A Cars etc..) all over the world. it also gives you an access to your account anywhere, at any time on any Dubai Islamic Bank ATMs or UAE SWITCH ATMs network or through GCCNET ATMs in the Gulf region and over a million ATMs all over the world.
