U.S. Diversified Properties V Portfolio
Following the successful closure of the first U.S. real estate fund, Dubai Islamic Bank provided its customers a second opportunity to invest in prime U.S. real estate through the U.S. Diversified Properties V Portfolio. Through the Fund's investment in, and leasing of, office and self storage property, regular income is generated for the investors. The Fund's secondary objective is capital appreciation through the potential sale of the one or more properties in the portfolio at favorable prices.
