Work Placement
As a part of DIB corporate social community services, DIB offers unique opportunities for UAE Nationals to fulfill their graduation project by assigning them to various departments according to their major subjects in order to accomplish on job training or job shadowing. This allocation depends on the availability of such positions in the bank in coordination with the business heads or line managers.
Objectives:
- Assist students in completing their graduation requirement.
- To provide the students with a unique opportunity to gain work experience and invaluable industry contact within an area that is directly related to their field of study.
Program Duration:
- Ongoing program throughout the year except during summer training program.
Selection Criteria:
- Nationality: UAE National student.
- Other Selection Criteria: Educational institution should be accredited .
