DIB encourages its UAE national staff to pursue higher education and provides incentives such as sponsoring fees, study leave. On an Annual basis, DIB launches the Further Education Program through which employees desirous of pursuing Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor and Master studies. Currently, employees are pursuing courses like the Banking Diploma, Islamic Banking Diploma, Higher Banking Diploma, Professional Certificate in HR Management, etc. through institutes such as EIBFS, American University, Ajman University, Dubai University, Al Ghurair University and other Accredited colleges and universities. DIB sponsors staff up to 100%.
Features: Employee also will receive Certificate of achievement at the end of each training program as recognition.
Program Duration: 2 to 3 Months of intensive training followed by 3 to 4 months on-the-job training.
Selection Criteria:
- Nationality: UAE National with a valid passport at least for six month.
- Qualification: Secondary school certificate to Bachelor Degree.
- Program Contract: Full time DIB employment contract in addition to Emarati program’s terms and conditions.
