Summer Training
Iktaseb is basically a summer Training program, it aims to identify, refine and educate young talent about the basics of banking according to the provisions of Sharia. The trainees are attached to the appropriate departments and branches and introduced to the various services of the Bank. The training also focuses on communication skills, project management, presentation and other soft skills. The trainees then get priority to join the bank employment opportunities.
Features
- Student shall receive stipend as per their academic Status.
- Student will be given the priority of hiring.
- Students will receive training certificates on the successful completion of the program
Program Duration:
- The duration of this program is up to 2 months starts yearly as per the end of the academic year in the UAE.
Selection Criteria:
- Nationality: UAE National with a valid passport at least for six month
- Qualification including GPA: Participants are Graduate/undergraduate from High schools, college or University.
