Qiyadee

Developing a core group of employees from within and outside the Bank into managerial positions, which will prepare a second back-up managerial layer to fill key positions in the Bank. The Human Resources usually works closely with each Business concerned to identify qualified UAE Nationals having the proper educational background and practical experience to join Qiyadee Program. As a result Human Resource Department distributes the identified on the Bank’s Departments according to their Business and Emiratization need.

Also, these employees will obtain training and development in the skills needed to function in their prospective careers.

Features:

DIB might provide overseas training program if required from a leading business school during Qiyadee program when required.

Program Duration:

Up to 24 months

Selection Criteria:

Nationality: UAE National with a valid passport and Khoulasat Al Qaid.
Years of Experience: Three years of continuous relevant experience
Qualification: Higher Diploma or bachelor degree
Program Contract: Full time DIB employment contract in addition to Qiyadee program’s terms and conditions.
