Part Time program
The Bank has reassessed the role for UAE Nationals in the organization. This has led to the creation of more back office opportunities for Emarati’s. DIB faced different challenges in recruiting Emaratis who are studying but, we created new programs that suit them. The part time program was one of the successful programs where the staff worked in DIB branches for 5 hours a day / 5 days a week with different facilities and benefits. A number of these UAE Nationals have today been promoted with full time jobs.

- Part Timers will have the priority to be hired as fulltime in the future.

Program Duration:
- One year from signing the part time contract.
Selection Criteria:
- Nationality: UAE National.
- Qualification including GPA: Secondary school certificate to Bachelor Degree
- Program Contract :Limited contract for one year. Can be renewed upon both parties approval.
