Emarati


This program was established in 2004 as a structured approach towards specifically designed programs for National staff. Emarati program is designed for fresh graduates that have recently joined the organization. In the first two months they undergo theoretical training at the DIB academy and the training branch and the remaining 4 months they spend on job training with close coaching and mentoring. This aims to familiarize them with Islamic Banking and the opportunities for career growth in this area. All UAE Nationals with General Secondary Certificate, Diplomas and Higher Diplomas are eligible for this training program.

Features:

  • Employee also will receive Certificate of achievement at the end of each training program as recognition.


Program Duration:

  • Up to 6 month stimulated training.


Selection Criteria:

  • Nationality: UAE National with a valid passport at least for six month.
  • Qualification: Secondary school certificate to Bachelor Degree
  • Program Contract: Full time DIB employment contract in addition to Emarati program’s terms and conditions.
